About Me

Tamara Williams-Dobson is a middle child, author, entrepreneur, and business and franchise owner in Southern California. She is currently the owner and operator of Dobson Christian Preschool and Childcare (DCPCC) and founder of the Riverside County Training Institute, Inc. (RCTI), both located in Eastvale, CA. She is also co-owner of a Fat Burger franchise located in Glendora, CA.

Since 2000, Tamara has owned and operated DCPCC, a Tier 5 Quality Rating and Improvement Systems (QRIS) Demonstration Site partially funded by First 5. The facility has been featured in a training project funded by the California Department of Education (CDE) and presented by the Program for Infant and Toddler Care (PITC). Tamara has received numerous awards and has touched the lives of countless children throughout Riverside County.

Tamara’s husband, Mr. Kevin Dobson, has been one of her greatest supporters and motivators in all of her endeavors. Tamara is the mother of three wonderful adult children, Tiffany, Tasha, and Kevin Jr. Tiffany is currently a Professor at her alma mater and a Developmental Specialist for the County of San Bernardino. Tasha is currently a Marketing Coordinator for a luxury real estate company, and Kevin is an athlete scholar and Kinesiology/Business major.

It is Tamara’s sincere desire to obtain a Ph.D. in Public Administration and to be led and used by God as she continues to touch the lives of others.

RIVERSIDE COUNTY TRAINING INSTITUTE, INC

The Riverside County Training Institute, Inc. (RCTI) is a Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation and Consortia located in the County of Riverside in Southern California whose mission is to foster the development of all professionals statewide. RCTI welcomes everyone, regardless of age, race, sex, faith, ethnicity, ability and/or religion.

DOBSON CHRISTIAN PRESCHOOL AND CHILDCARE

Dobson Christian Preschool and Childcare (DCPCC), a Quality Rating & Improvement Systems (QRIS) Tier 5 Demonstration Site, was established in July of 2001. The Preschool was formed to provide an early childhood education program of premier quality, instituted on a firm commitment to God and a commitment to the highest professional standards. DCPCC maintains its Christ centered mission and Inquiry Based Curriculum approach in its service to children and families throughout Riverside County. Admission to our facility is open to all children without regard to race, creed, sex, disability, or national origin.
